The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise.

During my stay, the service was shockingly poor. On one occasion, a staff member yelled at me in French regarding room numbers, making me feel unwelcome. Breakfast was disorganized. with only one egg boiler and long queues, it was frustrating to navigate. Additionally, the room was stuffy, and the staff seemed indifferent to addressing our comfort needs.

The cleanliness of the room and the modern design of the hotel made our stay pleasant, but the WiFi signal was weak in our room, affecting our ability to connect properly.

I recently stayed at ibus budget and it exceeded my expectations. This was my second visit to montpellier, and the affordable rates combined with the clean, tidy room. The location was convenient for exploring the city after our travels.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the airport, making it perfect for travelers. The restaurant on-site offered delicious toasted sandwiches, which were a nice surprise after a long journey. However, the air conditioning in the room was not very effective, and there were some issues with breakfast organization, causing waits that could have been avoided. Noise from the nearby train tracks was also a concern, even with the upgraded soundproofing.

The Ibis Budget Montpellier Aeroport Parc Des Expos offered great access to the airport and a lovely design in the lobby, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The family room we stayed in was clean, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay.
